4 Recruitment Retention Officers Wanted At University Of Botswana
The University of Botswana is looking to employ 4 recruitment retention officers to join their organization in Gaborone.Β Vacancy No FE/1/2015
(*1 year contract, renewable for 5 years contingent to funding availability)
Main Duties
The successful candidate is expected to:
i) Assist study nurses;
(ii) collect data through Interviews and supervised/assisted self-
administered questionnaires;
(iii) make calls to remind participants about their visits;
(iv) perform outreach visits into the community for patient
lost to follow-up
(v) deliver paper -based data collection forms and samples;
(vi) data entry into a computerized system; and,
(vii) any other tasks deemed necessary by the supervisor and or study team
Requirements:
(i) valid driver’s license;
(ii) certification in HIV counseling and testing;
(Ili) certification in phlebotomy will be an advantage;
(iv) good interpersonal skills;
(v) computer arid data entry skills; andΒ
(vi) DiplomaΒ or Degree in health -related sciences will be anΒ advantage.
