Founded in 1954, Bidvest Steiner has grown into a national company with over 30 branches throughout Southern Africa. TheyΒ provide a range of health and hygiene services from washroom accessory rentals to deep cleaning, dust control, pest control as well as hygiene, cleaning and office consumables sales. The company is looking for an admin/service manager to join them.
Key Objectives
β Responsible for the management of service staff and costs while ensuring on going customer satisfaction
Education
βDegree in LogisticsManagement /Associated Human Resources Management
Experience
β5 years experience in service environment

βComputer literacy
βValid driver’s licence
βUnderstand of financial figures
βability to work under pressure
List Of Tasks
βFull responsibility pf service within the branch
βAsset Management
βLiaising with customers
βSupervision of loading and uploading of stock carriages
βContinuously maintaining contracts inclusions and circulating stock
βManage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals
βOrdering of stock
βManage staff in the distribution department
βWeekly service staff meetings
