Administrative Assistant Wanted At I-Tech Internationsl Training & Education Centre For Health
Working closely under the direction of the Operations and Finance Managers, the Administrative Assistant will provide office support services to enable I-TECH to deliver quality service to it’s partners and stakeholders.
Duties
βMonitor reception desk to receive guests, packages,phones calls.
βProvide support for meetings, coordinate vehicle bookings and other logistics
βAssist the Operations Manager with day to day administrative activities
βAssist in management of mail, supplies, equipment, travel, logistics, mailing lists, paper and electronic filing, engaging IT support and issues related to safety and security
βReceive and record procurement invoices and documentation
βPrepare cheques/EFT payment vouchers/wire transfers and distributes payments
Qualifications
βCertificate level in Secretarial, Administrative Studies or related field
βAt least 2 – 3 years’ experience within related field at a similar level
βExperience in procurement and purchasing
βFluent in English and Setswana with excellent interpersonal skills
βProficiency in MS Word and Excel, email and QuickBooks or related accounting software
