Analyst Jimmy George thoughts on football issues
Recently renowned local football analyst George gave his thoughts on GU elders committee and Nikola Kavazovic who is the head coach of Township Rollers . What do you think about his words? These is what he said;
ON MPOTE
“I feel Teenage Mpote has matured as a coach. He won the league with a big club and I don’t understand why he can be assistant coach at Orapa United. I don’t only blame him, I also blame the management of that club.
ON GU ELDERS COMMITTEE
“It is a good thing that the elders are coming on board. They should not be fooled by the word ‘professional’ football. Our environment does not allow. Players should be advised to go to school. What do you do after football career here in Botswana?
ON TOWNSHIP ROLLERS ASSISTANT COACH
“Nikola is still a young coach, born in 1975. So I don’t understand why they say his assistant (Marco) worked with him for ten years. No ways..they are fooling us. Looking at Nikola’s play career. When did he start coaching, to have an assistant for ten years? ,”George opined on Fundamental Live.
