Bomaid is looking for dynamic, experienced and hands on individual for the following position:

(1)HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Job description

Provide ongoing coaching, support and advice to the management and employees on people and HR related issues.
Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and company policies and procedures
Recruiting, training and developing staff
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Benefits administration
Coordinates implementation of Staff welfare and wellness activities.
Responsible for managing HR Records both manually and electronically
Performing administrative tasks
Performing background checks required by company
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. HR certification will be an added advantage. A minimum of three (3) years relevant post qualification experience.

Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on boarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
