BOMU Awards Slated For October 28
The 9th annual BOMU Awards will be held on the 28thΒ of October at GICC. Earlier this year, media reports stated that the award will be held in Francistown but it seems they have taken back their words as the awards will still be in Gaborone as is the norm.
The list of nominees is yet to be announced.
This year there are 26 categories which will be up for grabs. the Judges have hinted that there are 5 songs which will be contesting for the Best Song of the year award.
Performing at the awards will be the likes of Berry Heart who has been doing international collaborations and will be performing with Indian artist Ekam Maanuke whom they worked together on a single.
BOMU awards last year saw artists like Mlesho of the Thlomela hitsong and Amantle Brown winning big on the night.
