Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information
Requirements.
βDiploma or equivalent with experience in a call center or customer service environment
βProficient in relevant computer applications
βknowledge of customer service principles and practices, call center telephony and technology
βGood data entry and computer skills
