Purpose

To provide first line customer care to clients walking in. This involves picking daily reported queries and enquiresd and requests.

Experience and qualification

  • Direct entry with a business degree or diploma in Business.
  • 2 years experience in general banking with good exposure on service standards.

Responsibilities

Identify cross selling opportunities to enhance customer service.

Logs and tracks daily query workflow as lodged on CARE System.

Ends on the 17th August 2018
