Main Purpose of the Job:

The Officers will work with the Records Manager to ensure the establishment and implementation of a corporate wide records management program at the College. The officers will focus on the management of academic records ensuring there are properly organised, accessible and are managed in accordance with the Student Records Policy and Procedures.

Key Performance Areas

Implement Life cycle management of records
Facilitate Records Management Programs
Coordinate Records Management Training
Ensure Records Management services provision

Experience and qualifications:

A degree in Records Management, Library Studies or a related qualification with a minimum of one year experience in managing records. Experience in the management of case records would be an added advantage.
