Joel Mogorosi And Mthokozisi Msomi To Go Without A Salary For A Month

Township Rollers have released a press release that states that their two players, Joel Mogorosi and Mthokozisi Msomi who were involved in a scandal that earned both of them a red card and a suspension. The two players are on a one month suspension and would not be getting paid for that one month.

PRESS RELEASE: Our players Joel Mogorosi and Mthokozisi Msomi were summoned by our Club President Jagdish Shah for a disciplinary discussion today at the Rollers Headoffice in regards to the violent misconduct that had happened at the Township Rollers FC vs Tafic SC League game on the 24th January 2018, with both players receiving red cards during that game, handing Township Rollers FC a major team selection setback during two crucial cup games.

Both Joel Mogorosi and Mthokozisi Msomi hereby have been suspended

by Township Rollers FC for a month with “NO SALARY PAYABLE”.

Mogorosi and Msomi were also suspended by the BFA immediately after the league game, Township Rollers FC stays unaware on the duration for which the suspension stays in effect, as the duo now awaits their disciplinary hearing from the Football Association’s Disciplinary Board in due course.

Club President Jagdish Shah further pleads that all players, technical staff and supporters remain disciplined on and off the field at all times.
