1. RECEPTIONIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
-provide basic and accurate information to customers in person and through telephone and email.
-direct customers to appropriate person/offices.
-scheduling appointments
-maintaining visitor records

SKILLS
-Computer literacy
-time management
-Excellent communication skills
-integrity and trust

REQUIREMENTS
-minimum of BGCSE
-provide a detailed and updated CV
-certified copy of national identity card
-certified copies of academic certificates
-2 recent traceable references
