Lorraine Ditsebe Represents Us Well At Miss Globe 2016
Although she did not come home with the crown,beauty queen Lorraine Motty Ditsebe did give us a good representation at the just ended Miss Globe 2016. She relieved the invitation to represent us 28 days prior to the competition,but that did not stop her from shining bright like a diamond.
This invitation came aΒ couple of months after the Miss Botswana controversies which Lorraine Ditsebe was at the helm of. The beauty queen decided to put the past behind her, thus opening opportunities for herself. During her stay inΒ Tirana, Albania, Lorraine kept updating Batswana on the proceedings and made us aware of this no to popular pageant. She mingled well with other contestants and continued to sell her country well, something that many contestants shy away from.
Ditsebe has previously won the Miss Earth Botswana 2012 and went to represent Botswana at the Philippines where she clinched silver and a host of other medals during the competition.Β She was also among the Top 12 Miss Fashion Beauty Universal 2014, which originates in Portugal and was later invited to be a judge in their 2015 edition.Β Later, she also got invited to the Miss Universal Peace and Humanity 2015 which was to be held in Dubai but due to unforeseen circumstances the event never took place.
