Mamelodi’s Case Dismissed With Costs
Judgement was rendered this afternoon on whether to interdict Bennett Mamelodi’s internal Disciplinary hearing or not. Mamelodi’s case was dismissed with costs. Botswana Football Association isΒ to provide the applicant with all the necessary documents he requires for his disciplinary hearing within two weeks.
Disciplinary hearing should be convened no later than 28 April 2017. Our football in Botswana is poor because of intermittent fighting, court battles and the like that at the end of the day continues to disadvantage football lovers. Instead of focusing on delivery on our mandate we are busy eliminating those we are not sure about their alliance. Should we spend so much resources on incriminating others when football is suffering irreparable damage?
