Sefalana Cash & Carry Ltd, a leading distributor of fast moving consumer goods in Botswana, has opportunities for Managers In Training tenable at its various retail and wholesale branches across the country.

Qualification

Have a minimum of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (B.G.C.S.E) or an equivalent qualification
Have a minimum of three (3) years proven management experience in a wholesale and retail sector
Be in possession of a valid Class B driver’s licence
Have strong supervisory and business analytical skills

Successful candidates will undergo basic training (3 – 6 months) to ground them on the company’s systems and procedures. Upon successful completion of the training the company will deploy the candidates to its various retail and wholesale branches across the country.
