MERCHANDISERS WANTED!

Reporting to: Sales Representatives
Area: Gaborone

Responsibilities include:

• Stock: counting, replenishment, rotation, ordering
• Ensure stock is clean, visible and accurately priced
• In-store promotions on wide range of products
• Communication with Line Supervisor & Store Managers

Minimum Requirements:

• Form 5 Certificate (BGCSE)
• At least 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in FMCG
• No criminal record
• Good interpersonal & communication skills

Core Competencies:

• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Planning ability
• Independent worker and thinker
• Time-management skills
• Experience on how to place orders & manage stock
