Miss Botswana pencilled for Saturday

Miss Botswana which has been marred by controversy will finally be staged this coming weekend. The Masa Square hotel which has also hosted another almost floped pageant event in Mister Gaborone will be host. At the same event,it is said that only 5 contestants pitched up for the final event in-place of the 16 finalists. Masa walls and its staff will witness yet another akmost a flop of an event.

Only 3 contestants that were eligible to compete for the most prestigious crown in the country have displayed interest on the event. This comes after the Botswana Council of Women which is a mother body to the Miss Botswana decided it will be undergoing a restructuring exercise. The institution is said to have been accumulating debts after debts the event has been staged.
