Nicki Minaj Has Revealed The Real Reason Behind Her Social Media Silence
Nicki Minaj has kept her fans guessing over the last few months as continues to embark on a social media silence.
Fans have discussed a number of theories in attempts to explain the blackout – is she missing? Is she pregnant? Why is she lying so low?
Just yesterday, Minaj appeared in a new series of photos for the March 2018 issue of Vogue magazine, which features aΒ ‘Taking Over’ theme.
However, aΒ new report by TMZΒ has revealed that the real reason Nicki has been absence on social media is because she’s in “beast mode” working on her new album.
A source claims that the Queens native feels “way more creative” without the distractions of social media sites like Twitter and Instagram and wants to make her album a “masterpiece”.
According to the reports, Minaj has been working “day and night” in the studio with a whole roster of hit producers and rappers, including her Young Money label-matesΒ Lil Wayne andΒ Mack Maine.
The sourcesΒ say that some of the tracks are finished, while every song is going to be a hit. The album is expected to drop later this year.
Nicki is apparently going to continue her social media silence until the album is complete and, in a bid to put the ongoing rumours to bed,Β the publication claim that Nicki is βhappy, healthy, single and NOT pregnant”.
The report comes after talk show host Wendy Williams launched a mock βmissing person” campaign on her show to help mind Minaj.
