A sous chef is the culinary chef located just below the executive or head chef in a kitchen’s chain of command; therefore, a sous chef has a vital role in any commercial kitchen. Grand Palm is seeking to employ a sous chief to join their hotel.



-minimum of 5 years experience
-hotel school or chef diploma will be added advantage
-good knowledge of busy banqueting operation will be added advantage
