Thobo cultural festival returns

This year the town of Lobatse will be giving revelers this weekend a treat of their life. Traditional food items will be served but this year, international cuisine will be dished for the ticket buyers. Septemeber 1 st is the day slated for all the fun in the meat town.

“This time around, The Thobo Cultural Festival has decided to broaden itself by involving other cultures, including Indian, Nigerian, Lesotho, Zambian, Zimbabwean and South African.”said Thedi who is the organiser for the event. Thedi is confident this will help boost the festival’s appeal, which has waned in popularity, suffering gradually lower turnouts with each edition.
