Requirements.
• NCC in Auto Electrical, Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Electrical and Heavy Plant Mechanics.
• No experience required.
• No criminal record.
Outputs.
Complete two year training program on earth-moving equipment. Learning and practicing the applicable trade under the guidance of skilled or qualified persons, to gather sufficient practical experience.
Successfully complete all practical and theoretical learning;
Achieve individual balanced scorecard and KPIs.
