This fast growing company would like to invite suitably qualified, commercially oriented and self-driven individuals to apply for the following internship position:

1. Business Processes Optimation – Intern (2 Year Contract)

Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Process Optimisation Specialist, the incumbent will be assisting in Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement through the provision of quality process mapping, modelling, reporting, analysis, audits and the development of plans and programmes that will support continuous improvement within BoFiNet.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Arrange and organise resources for Process Improvement Meetings and workshops
β€’ Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes
β€’ Gather requirements, develop specifications, assist in documenting new processes, facilitate testing, training, user acceptance and rollout of the optimised processes
β€’ Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance

Academic Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have attained the following:

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field

2. Facilities Administration – Intern (2 Year Contract)

Main Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to Facilities Officer, the candidate will be required to support administration maintenance of the company facilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Supervising multi-disciplinary contract teams
β€’ Ensuring availability and maintenance of basic facilities, Allocating and managing furniture and space within land and buildings
β€’ Ensuring that facilities meet standards and Government regulations. Drafting reports
Competencies:

β€’ Appreciation of health and safety standards Knowledge of building controls and regulations
β€’ Accurate records keeping
β€’ Analytical skills
β€’ Interpersonal skills
β€’ Effective communication skills

Academic Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have attained the following:
β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Estates/Facilities/Property Management Knowledge in managing contracts and outsourcing will be an added advantage.

3. Risk Management-Intern (2 Year Contract)

Main Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Risk Specialist, the incumbent’s responsibility will be to assist in implementing BoFiNet’s risk management framework and strategy in order to minimize potential risks and losses.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Assist in assessing, monitoring and mitigating risks
β€’ Assist with the preparation and facilitation of risk management workshops
β€’ Documenting and updating risk registers

Academic Qualification and Experience:

The candidate should have attained the following:

β€’ A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Risk Management plus a post graduate certificate in Risk Management.
