Sprint Couriers is seeking a driven, creative, results-oriented individuals to feel in the below vacant post;
1. Customer service Agent
2. Courier (Class B licence) and
3. Motor Bike Rider with class B licence
As a customer service Agent you will be responsible for:
β’ Resolving complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
β’ Receiving requests for courier services, logs pick up details and liaise with operations to ensure that couriers are directed to customers.
β’ Advising customers on services available associated rates and proactively market the company through telephone sales.
β’ Arranging shipments in order of destination
β’ Monitoring compliance to customer requirements and maintain contact list
Minimum requirements:
β’ At least an advanced diploma in business administration or related field from a recognised institution
β’ Class B drivers licence is an added advantage
β’ Fluent in English both written and spoken
β’ Minimum one year experience dealing with customers
Courier and motor bike rider minimum requirements
β’ At least a BGCSE qualification
β’ Minimum 2 yearsβ experience
