Vacancy- Associate (Attorney) Wanted At Senamela Sekga Attorneys

• Possess strong technical and legal drafting skills
• Demonstrate an aptude for dealing with complex and intricate commercial disputes, with little to no supervision
• Practical trial practice before our Higher Courts and in alternative dispute forums
• Be admitted to practice as an Attorney in the Courts of the Republic of Botswana
• Furnish legal opinions and advice on various areas of the law within the Corporate Commercial environment

Personal Attributes:

The ideal candidate must:

• Be a team player
• Be Ethical
• Have Organizational Awareness

• 15 or more years experience in direct and alternative dispute resolution, with concentration in the High Court, the Industrial Court and the Court of Appeal
• A Law Degree from a recognized University with good academic track record
