Vacancy-Centre Coordinator Wanted At Thuto Boswa Rehabilitation Centre

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of Centre Coordinator tenable at Thuto-Boswa in Ramotswa (3 year contract)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Manage the daily operation of the Centre under the supervision of the Board of Directors and Caretaker Ministries of Health and Wellness and Basic Education
Key Performance Areas:
- Supervision of staff, programmes implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Ensures strict adherence to Government Financial support to Non-Governmental organizations
- Assist in fund raising activities as directed by the Board of Directors
- Prepares and presents budgets to Board of Directors for approval and subsequent transmission of the same to the Caretaker Ministries of Health and Wellness, Basic Education (Dept of Special Support Services)
- Provides quarterly reports on financial expenditure
- Attends to serious cases of learners and workers in-discipline
- Attends to Centre correspondence
- Carries out any other duties as directed by Board of Directors and Caretaker Minitries of Health and Wellness, Basic Education
Requirements
Qualification:
Applicants should have a minimum of Degree in Special Education, Social Sciences and Health Sciences. Post graduate qualification, experience working with people living with disabilities and proven management record will be an added advantage
Experience:
A minimum of 8 years experience of which 2 years should have been as Manager or Coordinator in a comparable institution

Salary: Equivalent to D4 salary scale
