Stanbic Bank is looking for Sales Driven individuals with energy,confidence and sales resilience to undertake the role of Direct Sales Agent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ The Direct Sales Agent shall be required to identify customer needs effectively and open new account accoordingly
β’ Ensure that customers are assisted efficiently within agreed timelines.
β’ Cross-Sell products effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
β’ A Business related degree.
β’ Institute of Bankers Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency.
COMPETENCIES
β’ Ability to listen and probe effectively to determine customerβs real needs.
β’ Self-motivated, diplomatic and tolerant in relaying and receiving information
β’ Customer service-orientated, results orientated and committed to meeting deadlines.
