Vacancy-Junior Human Resources Consultant

A. Job Summary

– Assist in the delivery of various HR projects and services,
– Assist, advise and coach clients for efficient use of Profiles products and services
– Client relationship management
-Coordinate and manage all resources contributing to client services activities including staff, stakeholders and equipment
– Pursue new business development and sales targets

B. Requirements

-BCom, Human Resources Management or related
– 3 years post-qualification experience preferably in HR consulting
– Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice
– Strong problem identification and resolution skills
– Ability to prepare and present proposals and reports to director level
– Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
– Must have a driver’s license

C. Remuneration

Competitive basic salary with allowances and commission.
