Job description
Key Performance Areas:
- Sales and marketing
- Key account management
- Monthly sales reports
- Product merchandising as per set standards
- Sales orders administration
- Managed product returns, expired and damaged stocks within set parameters
- Training and development
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
The incumbent must be in possession of a Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record as Sales Manager in the FMCG market segment for at least 5 years. A sound knowledge and proven experience in sales and merchandising of poultry products are essential. You also need to be computer literate, a good communicator and have good planning and organising skills
