• Reporting to Investment Principals, you will build a strong pipeline of potential investee companies to initiate new equity or debt investments.
• You will conduct analysis of and follow up on new business opportunities as well as lead negotiations and transaction structuring with potential investee companies, due diligence, preparation of investment-related documentation and execution, with the aim of driving successful investments and economic growth.

• You will have a business related degree (Accounting, Finance or Economics), with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in financial services sector, a minimum of 2 years being in middle management in corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or strategy consulting.
• Attention to detail and excellent financial modelling and analytical skills is a must.
