EMPLOYMENT ADVERT -TEMPORARY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATORS(X3)

Mokaulengwe Insurance Broker is looking for 3 Temporary claims Administrators as per below:

Location: Mokaulengwe Insurance Broker (Gaborone)

Qualifications:
●A university Degree/Diploma in business administration or related field.
●Strong knowledge of life office operations and procedures.
●Certificate Of Proficiency
●Experience 2 years insurance industry experience

Purpose of the Job:
●Receive and Register Claims & Proposals
●Perform preliminary underwriting including checking validity & authenticity of Claims documents
●Prepare Claims payments and letters
●Keep proper records of documents
●Generate Claims & Underwriting Reports
●Preparation and reconciliation of Reinsurance statements
●Client Servicing

Key responsibilities
●The incumbent makes decisions regarding the underwriting/claims requirements and payments.
●All decisions regarding the authorizing/assessing of the claim are referred for approval.
●Communicating Underwriting decisions to clients
