Overview
Lenmed Health Bokamoso Private Hospital (Pty) Limited invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the above position.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management plus minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources functions
- Effective planning and organising skills
- Knowledge of the Botswana Labour Laws
- Sound interpersonal relationship and team player
- Hospital experience will be an added advantage
Successful candidates will be required to have
- Experience in recruitment and selection
- Experience in industrial relations
- Management of personal records
- Management of work and residence permits
- Experience in payroll administration (using VIP )
- Management of staff benefits e.g medical aid, pension, workers compensation and leave
- Experience in general administration
- Performance Management System experience
