TEMPORARY ISPAAD CLERK (5 POSTS)

Applications are invited from suitable qualified citizens for temporary ISPAAD tenable at tenable at Tutume Sub District Crop Production Office for a period of 6 months from date of commencement of duty.

SALARY: B5 Scale bottom notch scale (P 2397.00 per month)

LEAVE: 20 working days per annum

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
-To perform ISPPAD clerical functions related to accounts/administration for the sub-district.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of BGCSE with a credit in Mathematics, be able to write both Setswana & English.

DUTIES
-Prepare payments vouchers for ISPAAD farmers.
-Maintaining proper records of monetary transactions.
-Piling all documents related to the program according to the established system for record and inspection purpose.
-Providing record or information when required e.g. weekly reports
-Undertaking any other related duties as required meeting the exigencies of the service.

EXPERIENCE: will be an added advantage
