PROPERTY MANAGER
Applications are invited for the position of a Property Manager
Job description:
 To ensure that the properties are tenanted at all times
 Quickly develop strong professional relationships with our tenants, to
maintain/improve tenant survey outcomes
 Be proactive in managing both strategic and day to day operations of the buildings,
 Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders regularly,
 Actively manage and implement leasing strategies to maximise the performance and
value of the assets
 to organise regular property maintenance
 Marketing and Promotions
Qualifications
• Degree in Real Estates, Property Management or related qualifications.
• Vast knowledge of the Real Estate commercial Industry.
Experience
 Minimum of Five (5) years in commercial Property Management
 Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships
with clients and colleagues
 Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
