BCL Group Of Companies in Liquidation

1. Members of the Public are hereby provided with the following update on the BCL Group of Companies -In Liquidation:

1.1. Trevor Philip Glaum was appointed by the Master as co-Liquidator of BCL Limited (in liquidation) on the 30th July 2019.

1.2. Sivalutchmee Darusha Moodliar was appointed co-Provisional Liquidator of TATI NICKEL MINING COMPANY (PTY) LTD (in liquidation) on 30th July 2019 alongside Trevor Philip Glaum.

1.3. Following the resignation of the previous Liquidator on 31st July 2019, Trevor Philip Glaum remained as the sole Liquidator of BCL Limited (in liquidation).

1.4. Trevor Philip Glaum unfortunately passed away suddenly on the 23rd August 2022 after a short illness.

1.5. The Chief Registrar and the Master have deemed it desirable to appoint a Provisional Liquidator for purposes of continuity, particularly as the winding up of BCL Limited (in liquidation) is at an advanced stage in the process of disposing off its assets.

1.6. The Chief Registrar of the High Court and the Master of the High Court have therefore appointed Sivalutchmee Darusha Moodliar as Provisional Liquidator of BCL LIMITED (in liquidation).
