The Graduate Development Programme gives the graduate an opportunity to acquire industry experience and the platform to put their skills to test and bring to live what was learned in the classroom. Upon the successful completion of the programme, the graduate trainee may be placed into a substantive position, subject to availability of opportunities within the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
β’ Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering or Agricultural Engineering
β’ Computer Literate
β’ Good Presentation Skills
β’ A dynamic and dependable team player
