Benson Phuthego Is Coming Back To TV
He was arguably one of the best newsreaders we have ever had. Benson Phuthego had his way with Setswana language and won the hearts of many Batswana with the way he spoke. Botswana Television’s 7 pm news were never the same after he left, but do not despair, the multi talented Benson will soon grace our screens again.
Renowned television personality and news reader Benson Phuthego is coming back to television. Look out for Ministry of Lands and Housing Television program Lefatshe LetlotloΒ which will be aired on Botswana Television.Β Lefatshe Letlotlo program was launched by Hon. Prince MaeleΒ andΒ will start airing on Btv Tuesday, 13th September 2016 at 1805hrs (6:05pm). The aim of the show is to highlight the nation on the programs run by the Ministry.
Ministry of Lands and HousingΒ engaged a local production house by the name of Baboneng Film Production. They won the tender which was published in local papers and the Government Gazette. This company is responsible for the entire show. We cannot wait to see what Benson will bring to the table, we confident that he will win astray viewers back.
