Gaborone
Core Mandate/ Key Performance Areas:
. Assessing/ Formulating/ Implementing

and Monitoring fleet policies.
. Purchasing/ Maintaining and Disposal of
fleet.
. Recruitment/ Training/ Assessment and
Monitoring of fleet personnel.
. Ensuring compliance of fleet.
. Effectively Managing

cost, Improve Efficiency and Profitability
of group.
Report fleet operations to Senior
Management.
. Research/ Motivate/ Formulate and
Implement Innovation of fleet.

Competencies:
1. Outstanding organisational and logistics ability.

A Degree in Logistics/ Administration is an added Advantage
