Job Title: Driving Instructor – Gaborone CBD

We are a reputable driving school located in the heart of Gaborone CBD, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced driving instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a hardworking and honest individual with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

– Providing driving instruction to individuals seeking to obtain their driver’s license in Gaborone and its surroundings

– Teaching students proper driving techniques, traffic laws, and road safety measures

– Creating and implementing lesson plans for each student based on their specific needs

– Assessing student progress and providing feedback to ensure that they are meeting their learning objectives

– Keeping accurate records of student progress and performance

– Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of driving experience and a valid driving license

* Experience as a driving instructor is preferred

* Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety measures

* Good understanding of the road signs within Gaborone CBD and its surroundings

* Familiarity with the city’s streets and driving in Gaborone conditions.

* Excellent communication and teaching skills

* Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

* Ability to work well in a team environment
