POST:SURVEILLANE AGENTS AT NGAMI DHMT (15) POSTS
Aplications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above position teenable at Ngami DHMT clinics on temporary basis from April to August 2018 (5 months) at Maun General,Makalamabedi,Shorobe,Kareng,Tsau,Sehitwa,Toteng,Mababe,khwai,Moeti,Sedie,Boseja,Phuduhudu and Bodibeng.
SALARY SCALE: B5 TOP NORTCH P2852.00 per month
LEAVE: 20 working days per annum
QUALIFICATIONS: FORM 5/BGCSE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Reports to the district surveillance officer
2.Visits health facilities which include the following:Clinics,Health posts,Private Doctors and Hospitals.
3.Check with the sister/nursing officer in the clinic register to make sure there were no cases.
4.Check the status/availability of case investigation kit(RDT and Drugs etc).
5.Check whether the facility has enough IEC material displayed and if not put up in strategic places.
6.Picking up at health facility.
7.Participate in case investigation.
8.Identify potential mosquito breeding spaces and map them using GIS
9.Chech the malaria notification book to hear out new notificatins.
10.Communicate with tge community about the outbreak.
