Botswana and Namibia have an immense responsibility to contribute to SADC

In as far as regional integration is concerned, Botswana and Namibia have an immense responsibility to contribute to SADC tenets of promoting self-sustaining development and inter-dependence among Member States. In this regard, we must steadfastly endeavour to conclude regional projects, such as the Trans-Kalahari Railway Line, Water Desalination plant, as well as the One-Stop Border Posts at the Mamuno and the Trans-Kalahari border posts, to further contribute to the SADC Agenda, while also fostering socio-economic development of our two countries.
