TEMPORARY FULL TIME LECTURER
COURSE: INTRODUCTION TO DEMOGRAPHY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above position at the Institute of Health Sciences – Molepolole.
REMUNERATION: C2 (P141, 792- P168, 576) per annum
PERIOD: From 01 August 2022 to 31 December 2022
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Bachelor of Social Sciences (major Demography)/ Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) with a major in Demography or a related field from a recognized institution. Should be registered with Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) as an Assessor and Moderator.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years post qualification experience in a related field.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Participate in implementing and evaluating curricula for Higher Diploma in General Nursing programme at the Institute.
DUTIES:
Develop educational materials and lesson plans
Provide lectures and tutorials
Set, mark and moderate studentsβ assessments
Compute and compile marks for assessments given
Monitor studentsβ progress and provide appropriate counseling
