Main Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that policies and procedures established by management are adhered to and that controls are effective and promote operational efficiencies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Ensures conformance to corporate governance practices
•Manages development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
•Prepares detailed audit programmes to be agreed upon and for approval by the Audit Manager before commencement of an audit task to ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
•Performs audits and investigations on suspected breach of the SKMTH’s finances
•Delivers on time and in line with agreed to standards, ensuring that tasks and duties are up to date, ensuring clients’ confidence
•Collates working papers and reports and ensures they are properly filed
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Auditing

Experience:
At least five (5) years relevant post qualification experience in internal audit.
