Management Trainees Wanted At Sefalana Cash and Carry Limited
Sefalana Cash and Carry Limited (Sefcash), a leading distributor of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Botswana, has job opportunities for trainees under its Wholesale & Retail (Level 2) program. The program seeks to equip suitable candidates for various roles within the wholesale/retail industry.
Minimum Requirements.
Applicants for the above positions must be:
β’ Citizens of Botswana
β’ Fluent in both Setswana and English
β’ In possession of a valid Class B driverβs license
β’ Prepared to undergo a vigorous βhands-onβ training
β’ Prepared to relocate anywhere in Botswana
β’ Having either BGCSE (Cambridge Oβlevel) with a minimum of 30 points or a Certificate, Diploma or Degree qualification in any relevant field.
Successful candidates will undergo a basic full-time twelve (12) months training to ground them on the companyβs systems and procedures. Upon successful completion of the basic training the company will post the candidates to its various outlets across the country.
