“When You See Me In Public Don’t Be Afraid To Crack A Smile And Say Hi,” Thata Kenosi

It’s not everyday that a person in the public eye will entertain being stopped by strangers for small talk and pictures. The current Miss Botswana Thata Kenosi is one of our few celebrities who actually encourage her fans not to be afraid or intimidated by her status.

She has just written an encouraging open letter to her supporters and young hopefuls. “I would like to take this time to apologize for messages I haven’t responded to. I have been stretched and spread too thin, but rest assured your heartfelt messages, comments, queries, and engagements do not go unseen. I will revert and come back to you as promptly as I can,” she said.

As if her kind words were not enough, she further went on to say, “and when you see me in public don’t be afraid to crack a smile and say hi, the staring doesn’t help it’s creepy. There you have it ladies and gentlemen, the Queen is willing to stop for a chit chat and maybe a selfie if you are lucky.
