Alpha Direct is hiring a Kiosk Sales Agent
Minimum Qualification requirements:
β’ A certificate of proficiency (COP) in short term insurance from the insurance institute of South Africa or equivalent.
β’ One yearsβ experience in sales or client services environment preferred.
β’ At least 1 yearsβ experience selling short term insurance product in business market.
β’ Excellent communication interpersonal negotiation skills.
β’ Call centre experience in sales environments.
β’ Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
β’ PC knowledge- word and excel an added advantage.
Competencies and Skills Required:
β’ Ability to work in a paperless environment, with software and scanning equipment.
β’ Good Oral & Written communication skills
β’ Good Analytical & Organisational skills
β’ Strong Customer focus
Summary or Roles and Responsibilities:
β’ Handle and manage customer inbound calls.
β’ Answer customer inquiries regarding products of services.
β’ Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirement.
β’ Prepare sale reports
β’ Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders.
β’ Counsel and advice prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage.
