Alpha Direct is hiring a Kiosk Sales Agent

Minimum Qualification requirements:

β€’ A certificate of proficiency (COP) in short term insurance from the insurance institute of South Africa or equivalent.
β€’ One years’ experience in sales or client services environment preferred.
β€’ At least 1 years’ experience selling short term insurance product in business market.
β€’ Excellent communication interpersonal negotiation skills.
β€’ Call centre experience in sales environments.
β€’ Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
β€’ PC knowledge- word and excel an added advantage.

Competencies and Skills Required:

β€’ Ability to work in a paperless environment, with software and scanning equipment.
β€’ Good Oral & Written communication skills
β€’ Good Analytical & Organisational skills
β€’ Strong Customer focus

Summary or Roles and Responsibilities:

β€’ Handle and manage customer inbound calls.
β€’ Answer customer inquiries regarding products of services.
β€’ Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirement.
β€’ Prepare sale reports
β€’ Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders.
β€’ Counsel and advice prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage.
