Bar Supervisor Wanted At The Rusty Bar
The Rusty Bar at Mochudi, Makakatlela ward is looking for a supervisor to help with the day to day running of the bar.
Requirements:
-Ideal candidate should possess a Cambridge certificate
-Good numerical skills
-Knowledge of alcohol beverages for bar patrons
-A minimum of 30 years old
-Resume and proven working experience as a Bar assistant
-Computer literacy
-Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Responsibilities:
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Check customersβ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
-Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving drinks
-Comply with all beverage regulations
-To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
-To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.
-To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
-To report and where possible take action on incidents of accidents or damage
-To supervise the Bar assistant
