They are looking for a professional, who is passionate about people development. This person is required to be dynamic and energy packed individual to work as a hospitality trainer.
Purpose Of The Job
Giving staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks by identifying training and development needs within operating camps. The Service trainer will carry out regular consultation with camp managers and also through regular camp visits.
Brief Description
β’Schedule formal and informal training and follow up.
β’Train and assess new and existing employees.
β’Maintain continuous communication with other trainers and the service coordinators in your camps.
β’Liaison with the Training General Manager in making decisions to attain external development for employees.
β’Illustration of training plans before training.
β’Writing training reports after every course or visit to the camps on a monthly basis.
β’Participate in recruitment, selection and placement
β’To actively promote the company as a whole and reinforce the companyβs environmental credo.
β’Analyze training needs across all employees of the company related to Hospitality service.
β’To emphasize the minimum standards as set by the Service Team.
β’To monitor the progress of trainees using log books and other training tools.
β’To be part of the BQA Audit and the BQA board for curriculum development
QUALIFICATIONS
β’Diploma in tourism/ Higher education qualification in hospitality.
β’5 years of work experience in a hospitality establishment and or 5 years of teaching experience in the hospitality field.
β’Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
β’Teaching/training experience and BQA accreditation.
