Position Stock Controller

1st Line Report

Qualifications

Degree equivalent;

Experience
• At least 1 year Great Plains / Similar ERP experience.
• Computer literacy especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Great Plains

Personal attributes
• Highly disciplined and honest
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High energy levels
• Ability to lead, work with and, be part of a team

Responsibilities

1. Daily cycle count to be facilitated & filed correctly.
2. Preparation of adjustments.
3. Housekeeping.
4. Putting bulks into system.
5. Checking bulk reports on daily basis
6. Doing weekly Reports on:

• Expiry dates
• Slow moving stock
• No moving bulks
• Picking phase

1. Keep record of all damaged stock.
2. Assist with preparation of stock takes.
3. Maintain the warehouse and the allocation of space for stock.
4. Check Exception report on a daily basis.
5. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety.
6. Initiate disciplinary enquiries.
