Botho Entrepreneurship Hub (BEH)
BEH is an organization in Botho University that is aimed at nurturing entrepreneurship excellence within the University. The club was founded in 2011 by Ofentse Matenge, currently a third year student still Club President. The club has hosted numerous seminars aimed at empowering the aspiring entrepreneur to be ready to compete in a global market, with many more amazing events. BEH aspires to be a nidus of excellence and entrepreneurship empowerment for the institution and beyond. The dream we have at BEH is to create an environment conducive enough to incubate leaders whom will bring diversity to Botswana away from the dependency on Diamonds.
Botho Entrepreneurship Hub has a strategic alliance with Global Business Labs and with many more still affiliations in discussion. Furthermore, the club is convened by two amazing motivational speakers, authors and entrepreneurs in their own respect Β who have of great contribution to the club, Ms. Virginia Chepete, author of Β amazing books and Managing Director of Tsholofelo Motivational speakersΒ and Mr. Moshe Seloko of Β BizKid a company that is aimed in development management and entrepreneurship development. The club is currently in discussion to add more people to its advisory board.
BEH aims to offer its members practical ground work on concept of entrepreneurship so as to make sure that we bread the right kind of fit for todayβs competitive innovative market.

EPILOGUE FROM CLUB PRESIDENT
When I founded Botho Entrepreneurship Hub I saw a need to change the windsβ focus away from employment seeking to employment creation. I had recognized a need for entrepreneurship excellence training in our community and what better way to learn from those who have done it? At the end of the day experience is the best teacher. We learn from the gurus in the market.
The reality is the major employer in Botswana has no vacant post to give to the community and itβs a matter of time until the commodity diamond runs out. We therefore as Botswana have to learn Entrepreneurship skills so we come together as a team to diversify our economy.
Botho Entrepreneurship Hub therefore takes the full responsibility the community that it exists in to make a change it wants to see in our country. We aim to be a platform good enough to bear tomorrowβs innovative driving force of the then flourishing economy.
