Botho University Releases Over 800 Graduates
For many students across the world, attaining a degree or certificate is a milestone that needs to be celebrated. People came from different parts of the country to celebrate with over 800 graduates this past Friday at Botho University in Gaborone. The graduates came fromΒ across three disciplines : education, accounting and computing, from its three campuses.
Speaking at the event Mr Thola Magang , who was the chief guest,Β urged the graduates to be globally competent by having the capacity and disposition to understand real issues by thinking globally while acting locally.
Other guests included The Vice Chancellor of Botho University Mrs. Sheela Raja Ram, Honorable Ministers, Members of the Botho Board and Advisory Council,Dignitaries, Botho University Alumni, members of the Botho University SRC, Media and parents.
